The motorcycle sales in August left the Gilera Smash in second place, displacing the historic Motomel B110 to the third position. The Corven Energy 110 took fourth place, and the Keller KN 110-8 also dropped one position to close the top five. If you wonder about the first position in the table, the Honda Wave 110S once again was the undisputed leader.
According to the report from ACARA Motor Vehicles, the number of registered units in August reached 42,489 units, showing a year-on-year increase of 29.5% compared to the 32,811 motorcycles registered in August of the previous year.
If the comparison is made against July, the sales increase is 13.1%, as 37,581 motorcycles were registered in that month. Thus, in the accumulated eight months of the year, 319,273 motorcycles were registered, which is 10.7% more than the same period in 2022 when 288,429 motorcycles were registered.
