Last week, I met AWS CEO and VPs in Seattle to
receive the AWSome Legend Award.

Let me tell you something most people don’t talk about.

The people who win aren’t the ones who feel ready.

They’re the ones who show up anyway.

5 things this award taught me:

1. Consistency beats talent.
2. Teach everything you know.
3. Build in public.
4. Your story is your superpower.
5. Imposter syndrome never leaves.

You don’t need permission to start. You just need to begin.

To everyone grinding right now, studying for that cert, preparing for that interview, wondering if it’s worth it:

It is.

Keep going.

What’s one thing you’re working towards that scares you a little?
