Missouri Tigers earn spot in NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Missouri Tigers men’s basketball team did just enough down the stretch to earn a bid to the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament Sunday.

The Tigers (20-12) earned a No. 10 seed in the West Region and will play the No. 7 seed University of Miami (25-8) Friday in St. Louis. Game time will be announced later Sunday.

Dennis Gates’ club lost to the Kentucky Wildcats in the second round of the SEC Tournament after dropping their last two games of the regular season.
