PORTLAND, Ore. — The Multnomah County Medical Examiner’s Office is asking for help identifying a man whose remains were found last fall in north Portland.
The partial remains were found last September at the Smith and Bybee Wetlands Natural Area.
Investigators say he’s believed to be an African American man, 50 or older, who may have been missing for months.
