Boise Fire crews quickly responded to the early morning call, putting out the fire in about an hour. No injuries were reported.
BOISE, Idaho — A fire broke out in a commercial building in Boise on Wednesday, with crews successfully extinguishing it by 6 a.m.
According to Ada County Dispatch, the call came in around 4:49 a.m. on Wednesday, March 25.
The Boise Fire Battalion Chief told KTVB that no injuries were reported. Nineteen fire units arrived at first, with Boise Police assisting.
Idaho Power and Intermountain Gas were also on scene to help with utility shut-offs.
As of 6:45 a.m., some road closures are in effect to allow crews to work on the fire. La Cassia Drive is closed between Latah Street and Cassia Street.
KTVB is told by the fire battalion chief that a fire investigator is on site, gathering more information about the cause.
