Helen, Georgia is a cute Bavarian town located in the North Georgia Mountains! </p>
<p>Here are some ideas to start planning your Helen trip…</p>
<p>I loved the German bakery- Hofer’s Bakery and Cafe. There are also multiple wineries around town to visit. One of our favorites was the Creekstone winery. It had the most gorgeous mountain views. </p>
<p>You can also go tubing down the Chattahoochee River which flows through Helen. We loved this! </p>
<p>One day is enough to really explore Helen since it’s on the smaller side but there are still a lot of places to explore right outside of Helen. </p>
<p>Here are some ideas! </p>
<p>Anna Ruby Falls- this waterfall is absolutely magical and is right outside of Helen near the Unicoi State Park.</p>
<p>Raven Cliffs- more great hiking and waterfalls located in the Chattahoochee National Forest. </p>
<p>Brasstown Bald- this spot is the highest point in Georgia and has incredible views! </p>
<p>High Shoals Falls- this is another gorgeous waterfall you won’t want to miss! </p>
<p>Crane Creek Vineyards- this winery is stunning! </p>
