La 46ª edición de los Premios Razzie ya tiene a sus nominados, y dos películas destacan con seis candidaturas cada una: el live-action de “Blancanieves” y “La Guerra de los Mundos” protagonizada por Ice Cube.
Además de estas dos producciones, la entrega, conocida por reconocer lo peor del cine cada año, ha nominado a “The Electric State”, “Hurry Up Tomorrow” y “Star Trek: Section 31” a la peor película.
En cuanto a las actuaciones, Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye podría llevarse el Razzie al peor actor por su interpretación de una versión ficticia de sí mismo en “Hurry Up Tomorrow”, película que acumula un total de cinco nominaciones. Competirá por el dudoso honor contra Dave Bautista (“In the Lost Lands”), Ice Cube (“War of the Worlds”), Scott Eastwood (“Alarum”) y Jared Leto (“Tron: Ares”).
Por el lado de las actrices, las nominadas a peor actriz son Ariana DeBose (“Love Hurts”), Milla Jovovich (“In the Lost Lands”), Natalie Portman (“Fountain of Youth”), Rebel Wilson (“Bride Hard”) y Michelle Yeoh (“Star Trek: Section 31”).
Otra categoría llamativa es la de peor pareja en pantalla, con nominaciones que incluyen a los siete enanitos del live-action de “Blancanieves”; James Corden y Rihanna en “Los Pitufos” de 2025; Ice Cube y su cámara de Zoom en “La Guerra de los Mundos”; Robert DeNiro interpretando a Frank y Vito en “The Alto Nights”; y The Weeknd junto a “su colosal ego” en “Hurry Up Tomorrow”.
