Grand Island, Neb. (KSNB) – The LOVB Nebraska squad brought their talents from Omaha out to Grand Island, where they swept the top team in the league, LOVB Salt Lake.
Jordan Larson received a standing ovation during the starting line-ups, and she got the crowd into it by scoring the first points of the game.
Set one was a back and fourth battle, with Nebraska taking it 29-27.
In set two, LOVB Nebraska won handily, 25-16, and in set three, Salt Lake threatened the comeback but fell 25-22.
Jordan Larson was named player of the game with 14 kills and 13 digs.
