LAS VEGAS (FOX5) — Several lanes of northbound I-15 were closed Saturday night as Metro Police conducted a death investigation.
According to LVMPD, a motorcycle driver was driving on Desert Inn, above I-15.
The driver hit the railing and fell off his motorcycle over guard rail, falling onto the I-15 below, per Metro.
That motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say this appears to be a single vehicle accident and it’s unknown at this time if the motorcyclist was impaired.
Nevada High Patrol did assist Metro Police in investigating this incident.
